This session will  build on previous sessions on staff competency and  on succession in the family business.  Mr. Duremdes will give an overview and updates on PhilHealth'sTsekAp  program  with its ePrescription, eDispensing and eClaims  requirements.  The program represents an opportunity for the Filipino drugstore to leapfrog into the "connected pharmacy",  interacting more closely with doctors and patients.  

Mr. Duremdes will also attempt to provoke the convention participants into  thinking some more about their possible "connected future".  Could DSAP-member drugstores take advantage of this stimulus to transform themselves?   Could their future include a greater role in improving health outcomes through prescription adherence?
